QUALITY POLICIES

Toplam kalite felsefesini esas alarak, takım ruhu içerisinde şirket ve birim hedef-
lerine ulaşmak,

Sektördeki gelişmeleri yakından takip ederek gelişmiş teknolojik koşullarda üre-
tim yapmak, bu doğrultuda üretim ve ürün çeşitliliği kapasitesini arttırmak,

Sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerde yasal mevzuata ve müşteri şartlarına uymak ve ge-
rekli kaynağı sağlamak,

Müşteri memnuniyetini esas alan bir yaklaşımla üretim ve hizmette üstün kalite
politikası ile bütünleşmek, müşteri memnuniyetinin sürekliliğini garanti etmek,
müşterilerinin duyduğu güven ve firma itibarını korumak,

Sürekli iyileştirme yaklaşımı doğrultusunda tüm faaliyetlerimizde “Planla / Uygula
/ Kontrol et / Önlem al” döngüsünü esas almak ve sürekli olarak uygulamak,

Çalışanlarının, tedarikçi ve alt yüklenicilerinin yenilikçi ve yaratıcı yaklaşımları
destekleyerek teknik ve davranışsal yetkinliklerini artıracak eğitimlerin verilme-
sini sağlamak.
